Yusuf has over 14 years of experience in the broadcasting industry.

He spent the first 5 years of his working life in the academic field as an instructor with University of Bahrain.

Later he joined Bahrain National Museum, responsible for their IT projects such as GIS. In 2001 he moved to Bahrain Radio and Television Corporation as the head of technical projects which covered a wide range from TV and radio to transmission and OB.  During this time Yusuf completed an MSc in Communication Network Planning and Management from the University of Portsmouth, UK.

Recently he became a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) and IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).
